Dear Pastors
and Congregation Leaders! We know that because of your gifts and your love, each of you feels a deep responsibility for the members of your congregation.
We know what that means, because the leaders of the Alabaster Project are pastors who have been active in ministry, either in the past or are still. We also know that there have been many, many cases in recent decades where those few who serve have took on “just one more burden” and ended up with burnout. We currently have 32 active pastors serving with us every week, so we can help avoid this issue so that the tasks undertaken by pastors will help their spiritual growth and the growth of their congregations.
What happens to the person whose service you support in the Alabaster Project?
First and foremost, you cannot serve us without a pastoral recommendation!
The second essential condition is that all applicants must watch a 12-part mini series of teachings. These summarise what the National Prophetic Movement – of which the Alabástrom Projekt is a part – thinks about prophetic ministry. About where and how the prophetic ministry of all and that of a smaller minority is separated.

You will then be placed in a beginner group and participate in the ministry for the weekly sessions. Usually, beginners participate in ministry every 3-4 weeks.
There is always room for development for all who participate in ministry. After sufficient practice, you can be transferred to the group of registered ministry members on the recommendation of three mentors. Here, the cooperation between group members is more determined, as well as humbler and easier.
Again, if three mentors recommend it, the registered ministry member agrees and his/her pastor supports it, he/she will attend a training consisting of 6 sessions and will then be promoted to mentor status. He will be a room mentor, who will lead and oversee the events in the Zoom room, where a total of three people serve, oneper group.
Our experience and the feedback we have received confirm that all those who serve in the Alabaster Project are refreshed and become more sensitive to the activities and gudiance of the Holy Spirit. Therefore, this gift can also be used in the congregation for encouragement and support. We learn to work with, support and help pastors and leaders.
